At RainTrail, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible so you can get your wet-weather essentials without delay.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During busy periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Locations
RainTrail currently ships to:
- United States
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- European Union
If your location is not available at checkout, we are not currently able to ship to your area.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
United States: 3–7 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
European Union: 4–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over €75 where available.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order has been dispatched.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated at checkout.
RainTrail is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
RainTrail is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed, please first check the tracking information provided by the carrier.
If your order appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at:

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and item so we can help resolve the issue.
